Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Returns

At EasyRugs, every rug is made especially for you — crafted from scratch only after your order is placed. This means we don’t keep inventory or resell returned pieces, and it’s how we reduce waste and keep the focus on quality and craft.

Because of this, we’re not able to offer returns — but we hope you’ll understand this helps us stay sustainable and true to our values.

That said, your happiness matters deeply to us. If there’s any issue — like damage during delivery or receiving the wrong item — we’ll step in and make it right through an exchange.


Exchanges

We want you to love what you’ve brought home. If something doesn’t feel quite right — whether it’s the design, size, or a mistake on our part — we’ve got you covered.

1. If it’s not quite the vibe

Sometimes a rug looks different once it’s actually in your space. If the size or design isn’t working for you, you can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.

Just drop us an email at business@easyrugs.in with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A few photos or a video of the rug in its original condition (unused and unrolled)

2. If it arrived damaged or incorrect

If your rug is damaged or isn’t the one you ordered, please reach out within 2 days. We’ll sort it out quickly!

Pickup Options

  • We can arrange a pickup for you (a small pickup fee will apply — we’ll share the cost upfront).

  • Or, you're welcome to send the rug back via your preferred courier. In this case, return shipping costs would be yours.Address: 17/9 Telephone exchange Road, Samalkha, Next to DTDC Superhub, Delhi-110037

A Few Quick Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to availability and approval

  • Items sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted

  • Once we receive and inspect the rug, we’ll confirm and begin the exchange process


Cancellations

We totally get it — sometimes plans change.
If you need to cancel, please write to us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we usually begin production and won’t be able to make changes or cancel.

Just email business@easyrugs.in with your Order ID, and we’ll help right away.


Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method or bank account, depending on how you paid. While we process it quickly on our end, banks may take 5–7 business days to reflect the amount.

Haven’t received it in that time? Ping us at business@easyrugs.in and we’ll look into it.
