• 🧵 Small-Batch Crafting: All EasyRugs are made in limited batches to maintain quality and exclusivity.

• 📦 Product Availability:

  • Some rugs are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

  • Others are made to order — this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

• ⏳ Crafting Time: For made-to-order pieces, please allow 8–12 working days for crafting, quality checks, and processing before shipment.

• 🔍 Quality First: Each rug undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch.

Shipping Timelines

• 🚚 Shipping Origin: All rugs are shipped from our facilities in North India.

• 📦 Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch):

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–8 working days, depending on the destination state.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take slightly longer, as advised by our courier partners.

• ✉️ In Case of Delays:

Shipping Charges

• 📦 Free Shipping: We offer free surface shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

• 💵 COD Charges: A flat fee of ₹200 is applicable on all Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.
